This is Andy's Mk1 Escort which has taken about 3 yrs to rebuild. Ken (www.rsecsorts.co.uk) did the majority of the welding, bodywork and engine rebuild and the car came to us for the final work. This included final blending of the body kit and the Castrol colour scheme which mimics the German Zakspeed touring cars of the 70's.

and now in white base coat - stripes are marked out ready for masking and the graphics applied to the bonnet

Now the green and red stripes are applied and the graphics added to the rear quarters

Then the lacquer was applied. Here's the car outside a few days later wearing it's new colours

Now to start putting it back together

And now, with the new wheels, it's starting to come together

And now the windows are in
